The Process To Sell Your Home











I will tour your home, we will discuss the value of your home and establish a list price, review the calendar of expectations, sign documents and enter into contract. You're ready to list!

LISTING APPOINTMENT

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS

All of our marketing materials are collected. From photography to lockboxes on your home, I will make sure everything is prepared for launch day.

SHOWINGS

We will showcase your home with an open house and make your home available to show Be as flexible as possible to get the most potential buyers viewing your home.

INSPECTIONS

The buyer may hire an inspector to check your home and is likely to recommend repairs and/or upgrades. We will negotiate on your behalf

CLOSING PREPARATION

Start packing! The lender's requirements are met and closing has been scheduled. I will review the figures and the buyer may have a final walk-through of your home usually 24-48 hours prior to closing.

The buyer's loan is underwritten and appraisal is performed. All buyers' documentation is verified and awaits lender approval.
